PVA Tony Lindauer and staff honored….

PVA Tony Lindauer, Chief Deputy Donna Hunt, and GIS & Internal Technology Director Jay Mickle have been honored by international, national and local organizations as outstanding presenters. They are recognized for their presentation on innovative application of advanced technology in the field of property valuation.

A few of the conferences they have presented at include the ESRI (Environmental Systems Research Institute) International User Conference, the IAAO (International Association of Assessing Officers) conference, Pictometry Futureview User Conference and the GIS/CAMA Conference.

They have also presented at the League of Cities, Louisville Regional Airport Authority, Louisville Fire Department, Louisville Metro Economic Development Department, Metropolitan Sewer District, Federal Reserve Bank, Mortgage Bankers’ Association and several other local organizations.

Mr. Lindauer will continue in his pursuit to apply optimal application of advanced technology and sound business practice to the Office of the Property Valuation Administrator. He realizes that sharing these enhancements is one method to assist other groups in improving their organization’s ability to serve our communities.
