Valuable information pertaining to Jefferson County Real Estate is available in a variety of formats.

The Real Estate Data Book is a database of monthly sales in Jefferson County sorted by Property Address, Grantee, Grantor, and Parcel ID Cross Reference. (Yearly Subscription)

Information available on each transfer includes the date and amount of sale, square footage, property class, residential house type, year built, deed book and deed page. The Real Estate Data Book subscriptions are renewed yearly and are mailed from the PVA office around the 15th of each month.

A compilation of the current year's certified assessment roll for all property in Jefferson County. The database of assessment roll also includes deed book and page, property description, subdivision, acreage, last transfer consideration, property address parsed out. You can search by: Property Address, Owner's Name, Parcel ID, and Street Name. (Read only, cannot be manipulated)

The Real Estate Data Assessment Roll CD-ROM is available in November of each year.
