Welcome to the Office of the Jefferson County Property Valuation Administrator's website. This website was developed as an extension of the PVA office to provide you with the most up-to-date information available regarding the property assessment process, as well as information on specific properties and services. The PVA website is available 24 hours a day and the information contained herein is updated regularly.
The Jefferson County Property Valuation Administrator's office is the largest PVA office in Kentucky, with a nearly $56 billion assessment roll. Our mission is to assess all property equitably, maintain accurate parcel information and provide outstanding customer service.
The members of the PVA staff are ready to assist you in a professional and courteous manner. Our office is located in downtown Louisville, in the Fiscal Court Building, 531 Court Place, Suite 504. Our office hours are 8am-4pm, Monday through Friday, with Motax department hours of 8:30am-4:30pm.
